Ingredients
500ml whole Isle of Moo milk (blue carton, the creamy good stuff!)
350g Macaroni pasta (or any pasta shape you like! Action Man Bow Tie? Giant cylinders? You decide!)
1 garlic clove (get some chewing gum in for after!)
3 tbsp plain flour
250g Mature Manx Cheddar
50g Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
50g chunks of baguette or any white bread
Method
Here's how you make the cheesy, creamy goodness that'll fill your belly and be like getting a big hug at the same time!
Heat your oven to 200c and spread your baguette / bread mix over a tray. Drizzle with melted butter or oil and bake for 6 mins. There's your crunchy breadcrumbs. Nom Nom.
Boil your pasta for 2 mins less than is mentioned on the packet. There is method to the madness, trust us! Melt some more butter in a pan before adding the garlic and the plain flour. This should become a thick, lump of stodginess. This is when you can start adding the Isle of Moo milk. Gradually whisk it in - make sure your parents are assisting all the time here as it can get very hot - until the sauce is smooth and free of lumps. Moo are almost finished!
Take the pan off the heat and add in all the cheeeeeeeeeeeeese! Combine the drained pasta with the cheesy mixture and put into your ovenproof dish.
Scatter over the breadcrumbs and some more grated parmesan and....BAKE! In 20 mins time, you'll have moo-lten hot Moo Mac & Cheese.
It's udderly delicious!
